Help us keep Valleypoint Church in great shape! If you notice a maintenance issue—whether it's a leaky faucet, a broken light, or something needing repair—please use this form to submit a request.

By filling out this form, you help our team stay organized and address issues efficiently. Please provide as much detail as possible, including the location of the issue and any relevant information. Our maintenance team will review your request and schedule it for repair as soon as possible.
