A Workshop for the Future of Valleypoint Church. We will focus on Scripture, prayer and looking at the next steps for Valleypoint Church.
We must have a solid foundation and a plan.

THRIVE WORKSHOP
This workshop is a follow up for the Healthy Church Assessment. You can sign up to attend the T.H.R.I.V.E. Workshop below. The T.H.R.I.V.E. Workshop is on October 17th (6-8pm) and October 18th (9-2:45pm).
On October 18th, Lunch and snacks will be provided!
What is T.H.R.I.V.E.?
The T.H.R.I.V.E. Healthy Church Workshop, guided by the Northwest Baptist Convention, is designed to help churches like yours proactively work towards health and fulfill their mission. It's a process rooted in God's Word and prayer to help you develop a strategic plan.
Theological-Teaching: God's word is faithfully taught, and there is a biblical understanding of God, who we are, and His desire for the church.
Healthy Relationships: These are encouraged and cultivated with God, with one another, and with the lost world.
Reproducible: The church has a clear pathway for discipleship that multiplies disciples, groups, ministries, and even other churches.
Involvement: People are equipped and encouraged to find their place in the ministry and mission of Christ within the church, the community, and the world.
Vision & Mission: There is a clear and unifying understanding of the church's purpose and direction.
Evangelistic: The church has a willingness to share what Jesus has done through events, personal relationships, and divine appointments.
What will we do together?
This isn't about quick fixes or silver bullets, it is a committed, prayerful process. The workshop will walk us through four key stages:
Discover
We will start by rediscovering God's heart for the lost and for His church.
We will take an honest look at who we are as Valleypoint Church right now-our strengths, weaknesses, and current reality.
We will examine our local community to better understand the people God has called us to reach.
Dream
Based on what we discover, we will dream together about what God wants to accomplish through our church.
We will ask what the future could look like as we align with God's mission and vision for Valleypoint.
Develop
A dream needs a plan. We will work to develop a clear, strategic plan to turn our God-given dreams into reality.
This involves setting S.M.A.R.T. goals (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic, Time-Based) to guide our path forward.
Do
Finally, we will turn our plan into action.
We will prioritize what needs to be done, identify who will lead each step, and set timelines for accountability.
